RETURN & REFUND POLICY – SKANDA MART

Thank you for shopping at Skanda Mart. We strive to provide high-quality, hygienically packed consumable products including fruit squashes, herbal juices, pickles, thokkus, jams, gulkand, murabba, candies, wellness powders and other household items.
Since our products are food-based, consumable, and perishable, we follow a strict return and replacement policy to maintain safety, freshness, and hygiene.

 

1.RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted once delivered.
However, we offer free replacement in the following cases:

✔ Product damaged or leaked during transit
✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Expired product received
✔ Product tampered or seal broken upon arrival

To qualify, customer must submit:

  1. Unboxing video (mandatory)
  2. Clear product and package photos
  3. Order details + issue description

2.NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

❌ Opened, used, tasted, or partially consumed items
❌ Change of taste preference or dislike of flavor
❌ Incorrect address provided at checkout
❌ Delayed delivery due to courier/logistics service
❌ Customer not available/unreachable at delivery
❌ Product stored improperly by customer
❌ Natural variations in texture, color, aroma, or thickness

Many products are natural, handmade & traditional, so minor differences are normal.

3.REPLACEMENT PROCESS

To request a replacement:

  1. Email or WhatsApp our support team within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share order ID, photos & mandatory unboxing video
  3. Customer support will verify the case
  4. Replacement will be shipped if approved

If replacement stock is unavailable, store credit or refund may be issued.

4.REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds are approved only if:

  • Replacement is not possible
  • Product is out of stock
  • Verified damage/wrong item case qualifies

Refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in case of validated product error from our end.

5.ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Skanda Mart reserves the right to cancel any order based on:

  • Invalid address
  • Payment issues
  • Fraud or misuse alerts
  • Serviceability limitations

6. IF ANY STORE PICKUP ORDERS

For store pick-up orders:

No replacement after accepting the product physically

Check product condition before leaving premises
