2.SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE

2.1 Home Delivery (Paid)

Delivery charges are calculated based on destination location and order quantity and will be visible during checkout.

3.DELIVERY TIMELINES

Rest of Karnataka 2 – 5 days

4.ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

5.DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILURE

  • If the courier is unable to reach you, they may attempt delivery up to two (2) times.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details may lead to delivery failure.
  • Refunds will not be applicable for failed deliveries caused by wrong address or customer unavailability.

6.PRODUCT PACKAGING & HANDLING

  • All consumable products are packed securely to avoid leakage, breakage, spillage, or tampering during transit.
  • Certain products may be temperature-sensitive; please refrigerate if recommended on the label.

7.SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges depend on:

  3. Send proof to our support team

Eligible cases may receive replacement or partial/complete refund under our Refund & Replacement Policy.
